Neem, Pakistan’s leading embedded finance platform, has entered into a strategic partnership with Jubilee Life Insurance, Pakistan’s largest private sector life insurance provider, to streamline and scale digital payments across the insurance value chain.
This partnership marks another key milestone in Neem’s expanding presence in the insurance sector, following recent collaborations with EFU Life and TPL Insurance. With Jubilee Life now on board, Neem strengthens its role as the embedded finance partner of choice for insurers across Pakistan.
Neem’s Payment Button will be integrated across Jubilee Life’s digital interfaces, including its website, mobile app, and agent app, making payments faster and more intuitive for insurance customers. Policyholders will be able to pay for premiums using cards, bank transfers, wallets, and 1Bill cash payments.
Neem will also enable smart payment links for Jubilee’s agent network, allowing agents to instantly generate and share payment links with customers for hassle-free transactions. Behind the scenes, Jubilee’s team will gain access to real-time reporting and insights through the Neem Business Portal, improving visibility and control over collections across all channels.
Commenting on the development, Javed Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO, Jubilee Life, stated: “At Jubilee Life, we are committed to creating customer-centric solutions powered by innovation. Partnering with Neem allows us to digitise our financial flows, empower our agents, and ultimately deliver a seamless and secure payment experience to our policyholders across Pakistan.”
In the next phase of the partnership, Neem will enable a white-labeled wallet solution for Jubilee Life, digitising and streamlining disbursements across its operations. This infrastructure will support instant, secure payouts, from claims to policyholders to commission payments for agents, boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
With this solution, Jubilee Life customers and agents will be able to:

This collaboration marks another milestone in Neem’s mission to modernise large, regulated industries through embedded financial infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and simple to adopt.
