Blink partners with Neem to simplify payments and streamline money movement for restaurants

Neem, a leading payment infrastructure platform, is partnering with Blink, a market leader in F&B technology offering integrated solutions from online ordering and cloud-based POS to delivery management, analytics, and customer engagement. The collaboration helps Blink to manage the movement of funds by introducing new ways to simplify payments and settlements for its clients.

Pakistan’s online food delivery market is expanding quickly, with the delivery segment alone projected to reach US$3.4 billion by 2030. (Statista). In this fast-rising sector, Blink has established itself as a category leader. Over the past year, it processed more than 8 million orders, and now powers direct ordering for over 1,500 restaurants across the MENAP region. This growth underscores both the scale of the opportunity and the importance of simplifying how money moves across Blink’s ecosystem.

Managing subscription payments has long been a critical need for Blink and its restaurant partners. To solve this, Blink is integrating Neem’s payment link APIs into its ERP system, ensuring that every monthly invoice automatically comes with a secure payment link. This makes it simple for restaurants to settle their subscription fees on time, using a range of reliable methods such as cards, bank accounts, wallets, and Raast. The integration eliminates friction from the billing process for Blink, offering restaurants a faster and more convenient way to manage their payments.

In addition to subscription payments, the partnership is laying the groundwork to improve how Blink manages settlements for its partner restaurants. Currently, when Blink collects funds on behalf of restaurants, those funds must be disbursed back to each business. To streamline this process, Neem is providing a Blink-branded wallet and ledger solution. This will enable Blink to issue digital wallets to restaurants and handle settlements with greater speed and accuracy. Neem’s wallet and ledger system is designed to address the complex needs of multi-branch and franchise operators, supporting distinct ledger tracking for each of Blink’s customers.

With a growing number of businesses trusting Neem to power their end-to-end payment flows and financial operations, this collaboration with Blink marks Neem’s entry into Pakistan’s fast-expanding online food restaurant sector. It reflects Neem’s commitment to building secure, full-stack financial infrastructure that helps businesses move money more efficiently and focus on growth.
