What are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Client Success and Growth to lead the success and growth of our NPMN clients. This is a client-facing role responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement of NPMN, our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution. You will play a strategic role in strengthening client relationships, driving value realization, and contributing to the expansion of our client base through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Client relationship management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with employers (clients) and ensure the NPMN solution delivers sustained value across their organizations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring the timely resolution of issues and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, sharing performance insights and growth opportunities.
- Onboarding & adoption
- Oversee the design and delivery of employee activation journeys for clients (employees) and end-users, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to adoption.
- Review and approve product activation materials (training guides, presentations, toolkits, etc.) to ensure consistency, quality, and impact.
- Drive adoption by setting success metrics, monitoring usage, and client activation and enablement strategies to maximise engagement.
- Training & enablement
- Ensure clients and end-users (employee) receive high-quality training and support, tailored to their needs.
- Oversee the development of scalable training resources and ensure consistency across all client-facing content.
- Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve the training experience and knowledge transfer.
- Commercial Growth
- Partner with the business development and client activation teams to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Set and achieve account based KPIs to increase B2B2C usage by developing B2B strategies
- Increase client retention and application usage by developing strategies for evolving partnerships.
- Insights & Collaboration
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product improvements and influence roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business development, customer experience, and activation teams to deliver on client expectations and enhance overall service delivery.
- Share client insights and trends with internal stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
You should apply if
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, EWA, payroll or HR software sector.
- You have strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts with simple, clear, and engaging content.
- You have experience in creating and delivering onboarding materials and presentations for diverse audiences.
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- You are familiar with technology and fintech products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on new developments.
