What are we looking for

We are looking for a commercially strong, focused and experienced Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of Neem’s Disbursement business. This is a full-time, Karachi-based role focused on acquiring and expanding high-volume businesses that require structured payout solutions. The individual in this role will independently originate, nurture, and close large payout deals and convert those relationships into deeper infrastructure partnerships by integrating Neem’s collection and ledger systems into clients’ operational stacks. It demands hands-on knowledge of disbursement-heavy business models, including payments, payouts, taxes, payroll, lending, and related processes.

Your responsibilities

‍Disbursement sales
  • Drive acquisition of high-volume disbursement clients across multiple industries, for example:
    • Nano-lending platforms
    • Payroll and HR tech companies
    • Fleet management operators
    • Insurance companies
    • Marketplaces
    • Financial service providers
    • Enterprises managing vendor or commission payouts
  • Own the full sales cycles from outreach to contract closure and execution.
  • Engage with CFOs, Heads of Operations, Product, and Founders to pitch Neem’s solution and work with them on deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of medium to large businesses.

‍Ecosystem expansion & upselling

  • Identify opportunities to embed additional Neem solutions (e.g., ledger systems, collections), expanding the partnership into a multilayer longterm commercial relationship.
  • Position Neem as a financial infrastructure partner, not just a payout processor.‍

Commercial ownership

  • Own commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Structure deals aligned with long-term strategic value.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to efficiently close enterprise addendums.‍

Market intelligence & strategy

  • Bring market insight into product gaps and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to sector-specific go-to-market strategies.

You should apply if

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance / Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • You have successfully sold technology or fintech solutions to large organisations.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial operations, including payments, disbursements, taxes, payroll, lending, and related processes.
  • You bring an existing pipeline of contacts across multiple industries and know how to nurture strategic relationships.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to close complex, high-value B2B deals.
  • You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and confidently leading commercial conversations.
  • You are self-driven, structured, and commercially disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Build and maintain a qualified enterprise disbursement pipeline within the first 90 days, with at least 20-25 high-potential organisations actively engaged across nano-lending, payroll, fleet, insurance, or marketplace segments.
  • Close a minimum of 8-10 high-volume disbursement mandates within the first 3 months, with each client processing material recurring payout volumes through Neem’s rails.
  • Achieve multi-product penetration in at least 50% of closed accounts by identifying and converting upsell opportunities into Ledger or ecosystem infrastructure deployments.
  • Establish Neem as a strategic infrastructure partner (not just a payout vendor) by securing long-term commercial agreements and positioning Neem as the default disbursement layer within target industries.
  • Contribute meaningfully to monthly TPV growth from disbursements-driven clients and demonstrate sustained MoM expansion from acquired accounts.
